My alarm didn't ring
In Kronu, open Settings, then Reliability, and tap Play test alarm. Check that alarm access is on, then check the alarm volume in iPhone Settings under Sounds & Haptics. Attention detection can lower the sound when you look at the phone. The alarm cannot ring if the phone is off.
Nudges don't arrive
Nudges are notifications. Allow notifications for Kronu in iPhone Settings and keep Time Sensitive on, so they also reach you during Focus.
Stop didn't end it
Stop only turns off the sound. Tap “I left” to finish, or pause the nudges from the countdown.
The widget is empty
Open Kronu once so the widget gets your next alarm. If it still shows nothing, remove the widget and add it again.
A calendar event has no alarm
New events are set when you open Kronu, and only events with a location are set automatically. Check Calendars to watch in the calendar settings. You can also open an event and set its alarm by hand.
The travel time looks wrong
Travel times are estimates from Apple Maps. Open the event to change the way you travel or the time yourself.
How do I restore Pro on a new phone?
Open the paywall or Settings in the app and tap Restore, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel Pro or the free trial?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kronu → Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything it kept is on your phone and goes with it. Details are in the privacy policy.
