Data processed
In the app: alarms, routines, records and calendar events stay on your phone and are not processed by us.
Travel time: an event's address and, if you allow it, your current location, processed by Apple Inc. (USA) through Apple Maps.
Purchases: purchase information and a random app user ID, processed by Apple and RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) to provide Pro.
Usage analytics: anonymous usage events (for example that a countdown started or an exit was on time), app version, device model, country and a random app ID, processed by Google LLC (USA) through Google Analytics for Firebase to improve the app.
Support: your email address and message if you write to us.
This website: no cookies. The host (GitHub, Inc., USA, through GitHub Pages) may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses.
Purposes and legal grounds
Providing the features and purchases you use and answering your requests (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, performance of a contract), and running the website securely and measuring how the app is used to improve it (Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).
Transfers abroad
Apple, RevenueCat, Google and GitHub are in the USA. Transfers are made with the safeguards in Article 9 of KVKK.
Retention
Support conversations are kept for up to two years. Apple and RevenueCat keep purchase records under their own policies. Google keeps analytics data for up to 14 months.
Your rights (Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to learn who it was transferred to, to object to results against you and to claim compensation. Write to berk.kurumsal@hotmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
